Terror Recruitment Module Busted In Jammu And Kashmir`s Kulgam, PhD Scholar Among Three Arrested

The arrested person is a Ph.D. scholar from the Central University of Kashmir and was working for terrorist organizations Hizbul Mujahideen and Jaish-e-Mohammed.
